The biggest issue that people have with New Year Resolutions is the fact that they break them quickly because of a lack of focus on what they are striving for. Great reminder to not only set attainable goals, but to plan out steps to take to make sure those goals are met!

Your absolutely right in regards to the trade off. I don't work with many of the third party apps on Facebook myself, but I remember encountering that issue in the past.

I'd recommend for the average person to at least give security a try, and if it becomes too cumbersome to do what you want to, then to disable security again. Thanks for sharing!

I guess security is a trade off for convenience. It may be better now but the last time I tried to use HTTPS some of the games I played no longer worked because some of the resources were still using HTTP.

I think you should take the first line of your long pitch, "TheAccordance seeks to empower you to learn the secrets of digital living with the tips, tricks, and knowledge to enhance your life with technology. "

If I saw that on a forum I would be enticed to click on over.
There is a difference between stating a topic, and really engaging someone with a pitch. There are a lot of ways to go about it.

Mine is,

"The Online World is a Circus, Let me be your Ringleader"

It's catchy and matches with my blogs circus theme. It ain't great but it is snappy.
